Visible passes need the station to be sunlit while your sky is dark. That combination comes in cycles: a week or two of evening passes, then a gap, then morning passes. The app only lists passes you can actually see, so an empty week is normal.

Station reminders need three things: notifications allowed for the app, a location set, and the app opened at least once in the last 30 days. Also check Focus modes and Notification Summary, which can hold the alert until later.

Orbital data is refreshed several times a day. Predictions are usually within a few seconds for the next several days. Stations occasionally boost their orbit, which can shift times by a minute or more until the next data refresh.

Yes. Tap Change next to the location on the home screen and search for a city. Reminders follow whichever location is set.

Passes are computed on the device from the last downloaded orbital data, so a forecast made recently keeps working offline. Refreshing data and receiving push reminders need a connection.

Disable notifications for the app or delete the app, then email us with the approximate date. See the privacy policy for what is stored.
